The thicker the mat, the more cushion and protection it will generally offer. If you'll be using the mat for higher-impact activities, then you'll need a thicker product in order to provide athletes with adequate shock absorption.

1. Our thinnest mats measure 1.25 inches thick, and are available in both roll out or interlocking tile form.

2. Folding mats measure a minimum of 1.5 inches thick, and are available in options that range up to 2.5 inches thick.

3. The fluffy denim mat is our thickest option, measuring 12 inches thick. This mat does not fold or roll up, but provides excellent cushion and shock absorption.
